GUB LOVE: 5 Products your family can use to Celebrate Hispanic Heritage #giveaway

I've been wanting to find a way to share some of our favorite finds online and offline. Occasionally I find some pretty interesting things that I think are worth getting love and sharing with you guys here. I have founds kid and family products, mixed culture information and research, services and events and my favorites crafts and food recipes that can't wait to be shared with a recreate from us! This is when the hubs and I thought of GUB LOVE!


Our first GUB LOVE goes to 5 products your family can use to Celebrate Hispanic Heritage!

In no particular order we have included the following categories music, dolls(toys), Clothes, Books and food!

Ozokids  Music Album- My kids love to dance! It was no question music would be a part of our GUB LOVE. This great new album by Ozomatli, the LA based band, created just for kids is a definite hit in our home! The album has the perfect combination of beats and English lyrics kids will enjoy with songs about skateboarding, germs, and even a Changito! OzoKidz guarantees to offer “effortless bilingualism and trademark swirl of styles and genres -- dancehall, merengue, rock steady, rock, hip hop, to name a few” Which makes this great music for parents and kids to enjoy during HH month! There new album will be released September 25^th!

Baby Abuelita- If there is one product I’ve recommended to all my soon to be parent friends is Baby Abuelita dolls.  The line of dolls from baby abuelita was one of my first purchases while I was pregnant.  I loved that these cute dolls sang nursery rhymes  my grandmother and mother sang to me as a child.  They also have a line of books and DVDs. Recently, Baby Abuelita has a new licensing partner with Kids Preferred we are excited to see them grow and be in the reach of every family. For now you can purchase their dolls at a Target store near you!

Dos Borreguitas- Talk about "stylish spanglish" tees for kids. As you may recall back in May we had a Dos Borreguitas giveaway we fell absolutely in love with this little shop and it’s no surprise they have made it to our GUB LOVE. Dos Borreguitas offers shirts and other products that help kids share their culture with pride. With Shirts with sayings like "B de burro V de vaca", "Chicle pegado a mama", and our favorite "Lucha Libros". You must check out their products!

Too many Tamales-Food has always been a big part of my Mexican culture I knew that the book we featured had to be tied in with food. My mother as you may also know is an advocate for literature and reading aloud to kids. This is one of her favorite books from the man himself, Gary Soto. This is perfect for the whole family and really gives you an understanding about our culture.  

Cacique- As mentioned above food is a big part of our culture. For as long as I can remember I have always had a love for queso fresco and cacique has always been present at out table or in our dishes. Little Man and Little Lady happen to love it as well. I love that they are offering a coupon on their FB page
