Stay tuned for the amazing artist, athletes, and inventors we have lined up! We hope you stay tuned all month long!
Today we start off with Victor Celorio!

Victor Celorio is a Mexican born author, entrepreneur and inventor. Victor is said to have always had a love for books. I am sure that sparked interest in the reasons he invented the awesome machine known as INSTABOOK Instabook is a machine that has helped many aspiring authors. It downloads, prints and binds books together very fast!
In the late eighties, he created a digital network of print on demand centers around Mexico City.In the nineties, he founded InstaBook Corporation, a company to market the technology that became known as Print on Demand or Book on Demand. -Wikipedia
This machine can print very fast. In an interview conducted in 2002 Victor states
A 150-page book would take 2 minutes to produce from beginning to finished product, if the electronic file has already been loaded into the Instabook machine. The cost is about 75 cents. Think about it: a different title every 2-3 minutes, for 75 cents each!
Why is this important?
Say my little aspiring authors wanted to publish a book or I wanted to print a book I wrote on being a mom to Blackxican babies. Having to go thru a publisher could be a headache on it’s own. This can now be done if I got a hold of an Instabook Machine!
It has changed the ability to print and get our hands on an actual book whether we wrote it or wanted it “ON DEMAND”
This inspired the kids and I to create books of our own. While we aren’t sending these off to an Instabook machine just yet Victor has at least made it an option for us!
Here is a look at the kids books. I let them be creative with fingerprint art. It’s amazing what there little minds think of when we give them a blank piece of paper.

We hope you stay tuned as we feature Notable Hispanic Role Models during the celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month! We Have inventors, artist, athletes, and more!
