Lowe's Ideas Creativas Facebook Launch Party #giveaway

Have you heard of Lowe's Creative Ideas Magazine? How about their Spanish version Ideas Creativas?
Well I was recently invited to attend the official Lowe's Ideas Creativas Facebook Page Launch Party in Miami, FL!

I was beyond excited to attend. Not only would I be getting crafty and learning more about the projects for the holidays but I got to see a lot of my crafty bloggy friends too.


The event was held at a Lowe's store and we were treated like celebrity. There were cameras, delicious food and of course the one and only Evette Rios!

Evette is know as a lifestyle expert and TV personality from being on shows like The Chew and Rachel Ray.  She was so welcoming and had great tips to share.

We also had a crafty challenge see the video below for a glimpse of what the Launch party was like.



One of the reasons why I accepted to attend this event with Lowe's Ideas Creativas was because the attention to cultural crafts through their magazine really spoke to what I am trying to teach the kids.

From posadas to noche buena crafts the ideas are not only brilliant but so easy to recreate.

Lowe's had us recreate some on site like the Poinsettia napkin rings and the Posada panderetas or Tamborines!

I was amazed at the easy instructions and affordable projects we can create with Lowe's materials.


If you haven't already subscribed to Lowe's Ideas Creativas I highly recommend you do. IT'S FREE but the inspiration is PRICELESS!
