Earlier this year GUB was invited to attend Digital Family Summit. Unfortunately for me I was in California on vacation with the kids but the Hubs had the chance to experience his first Blogger Conference!
I was beyond excited that LATISM had extended this invitation to us and supplied us with a pass to attend!
If you haven’t heard of Digital Family Summit here is a piece of their about page:
The Digital Family Summit is a place where tweens/teens and parents at all levels of digital activity can come together to learn and grow as individuals and as a family.
While we don’t have tweens/teens the learning experience the hubs had was great!
He attended a Photography session. He said it offered great pointers for beginning photographer. He had the chance to exercise his eye of capturing a photo. In the picture below is his interpretation of Digital+Family+Summit at the conference.
He got a taste for the parties we love too! Ubisoft was a sponsor and really had everyone having a good time. The hubs even rocked some pink shades.
He also took an iMovie session where his interest in getting a MAC grew even greater.
The hubs hungout with 2 of my blog amigas Sisy of Mama Latina En Philly and Julie from GigCoin
Being that this was his first conference he really came back with a different perspective of what I go and do at conferences. The fact that this was a family conference he loved seeing the kids were involved. The conference overall was family oriented and kid safe!
We can’t wait to attend Next Year!
