We finally got snow. I hear there’s more to come too. The kids were excited to see the snow begin to stick.
I know it’s a matter of time before they ask to go out and play in it.
They can’t stay out in the cold to long so I knew it was time to find things for us to do indoors and keep it fun.
For this installment of GUB LOVE I wanted to share our finds from our blogger friends for Winter fun and yum with the kids and family!
1•
Crock Pot Frijoles via Raised by Culture– How yum does this look? My kids love beans This would make a warm delicious meal on a cold winter day. I love when I can let the crock pot do all the work!
2•
DIY Stamped T-shirt via Mami Talks– When I saw this craft I thought “how easy and cool is this”. I know this could keep the kids busy in any season but when you need them to have a change during the winter when they want to go out, this is an excellent option!
3•
Frank Stella Sculptures Kids Art via PearMama– Another fun craft fr the kiddos to do indoors using materials you should already have in home. Not only is a great lesson but a fun way to see the creativity in your kids.
4•
The Most Addictive Chocolate Chip Cookies via From the Kitchen of Mama Harris– Mama Harris said we’d be addicted! I can’t wait to get a batch going with the kids. Look how delicious they look!
